Is the Tax Credit Extension Extended up to 2011 for Military Personnel?

I came to know from someone that the Tax Credit Extension has been increased for 1 more year that is up to 2011 for people who are in uniform. I want to know that whatever I have heard is true or what and want detailed information on this part. My father is a retired Brigadier and would like to know whether it could benefit us or not?

Yes, whatever you have heard is cent percent true and there is no lie behind it. Many people in United States were thinking that the $8,000 tax credit has expired for home buyers but the good news is that it has been extended for one more year for people who are in military service only. The military people who are both working as well as retired are eligible for tax credit for a maximum amount up to 8 grand dollars and people who are buying home for a second time also qualify for it.

Under this, if you have purchase a home by opting for any kind of loan either No Credit Check Military Loans or anything else, you are eligible to sell it provided you have served an extended duty of minimum 91 days. However you must be 18 years of age and must sign the contract papers latest by 30th April 2011 and close the home by the end of June 2011.
