Is it possible to get student loan without cosigner after low GPA score in examination 1st semester?

I don’t know how I went to the 2nd semester of my graduation degree as I my marks in the 1st semester is very low. My family members especially dad is very disappointed with my this performance. Even I feel very shamed of myself.

Because of my poor result now my dad has told me that he is not going to pay my rest of the tuition fees for the college and I have to arrange it by my own. Now I am really very tensed about it, I have calculated the rest of the fees of my college and it turned it around 37,000 dollars. I don’t think I will get job with my present qualification. In this circumstance I can see only one way and that is going for student loan without cosigner. But can I get the loan with such low GPA score? Please help me.

In this situation according to me you should opt for Federal Loan. If your financial aid is not suspended then you can easily fill the FAFSA form. Under this loan you don’t require a cosigner and your previous credit rating do not matter here. As per your eligibility you can avail the loan amount up to $6,500 yearly and including that it will also take care of your tuition fees of your college. And for other educational expenses you can opt for other financial aid programs available in USA. There are many agencies, who can provide you the student loans without cosigner using which you can manage expenses like books, laptops and other things but you should remember one thing and that is the repayment options because after all you have to repay the loan amount on time.
